Steam heating is an old technology installed by skilled craftsmen that have long since left us. Many of these old steam heating systems are still in use today, providing the "warmth of the sun" through radiant energy emitted by cast iron radiators.
To keep these old systems running efficiently in today's world can be a challenge. Many have fallen into a state of disrepair, suffering from improper repairs. Erratic operation, uneven heating, high fuel bills, and pounding and knocking are all symptoms of poor or improper maintenance and repair.
At Custom Climate Systems, we take pride in returning these old and worn down systems back to their former glory.
